Shipping & Returns




  • Choose your carrier at checkout: PostNL or DHL
  • Ordered from Monday to Friday before 23:00: dispatched the same day.
  • Ordered between Friday 23:00 and Sunday 22:00: dispatched on Sunday.


  • For shipping to Belgium, we use PostNL.
  • Ordered from Monday to Friday before 23:00: dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery within 2 to 5 working days.

Other countries:

  • For other EU countries, we use DHL or DPD. For countries outside the EU, we choose the best carrier.

At Sunwarrior, we strive to deliver your order on time. However, sometimes delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. All orders are shipped as packages and insured.

Track your package:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your package. Please contact us if you haven't received an email within a day of placing your order.

Delivery to a PostNL location (Netherlands & Belgium):

During checkout, you can also choose to have your package delivered directly to a PostNL location near you. In Track & Trace, you can see where and when you can pick up the package. Unclaimed packages will be returned to Sunwarrior after 1 week.

Not home for package delivery (Netherlands & Belgium):

If you're not home for package delivery, it will be delivered to your neighbors or to a PostNL pickup point. You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can see where to pick up your package. At a PostNL pickup point, your package will be held for 1 week before being returned to Sunwarrior.

We are not responsible for changes in deliveries by PostNL, such as delivery to neighbors or delivery to a PostNL pickup point.


If your package is taken to a pickup point and you don't pick it up in time, the costs for returning it to Sunwarrior will be at your expense.


You can receive your order without shipping costs under the following conditions:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: for orders over €45
  • Germany: for orders over €65

The shipping costs for orders below the mentioned amounts are as follows and are inclusive of VAT:

  • Netherlands: €4.95 for packages up to 29 kilos
  • Belgium: €7.50 for packages up to 29 kilos
  • Germany: €7.50 for packages up to 29 kilos

The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness.

When there is non-conformity from Sunwarrior Nederland, that is when the wrong product is delivered or the product does not comply with the agreement, you can send us a PostNL return sticker (only for NL, BE and DE - for other countries: contact us) request to return the product entirely at our expense or exchange it for a correct product.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked. You can use the Model form for right of withdrawal (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back.

If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
