Sunwarrior Active Hydration On-The-Go Stick Packs offer a convenient way to support hydration throughout the day. The sticks contain an electrolyte powder that easily dissolves in water or another beverage of your choice, making them ideal for use at home, during workouts or while travelling.
The formula provides a balanced blend of electrolytes including sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. These minerals help maintain the body’s fluid balance and support normal muscle function, particularly during physical activity or warm conditions.
A key ingredient in the Hydration Blend is organic coconut water powder, which naturally contains electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium. The formula also includes Real Salt®, a natural source of minerals that contributes additional trace elements.
Active Hydration further contains ingredients such as amla fruit extract, a natural source of vitamin C, elderberry extract and Sunfiber®, a soluble fibre derived from guar beans. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
